Packet Pickup will be on-site starting at 6:30 AM, on race day. Race will Start promptly at 8:00 AM,
Awards Ceremony will be after the last finisher.

The TouchDown Club is a group of individuals, typically composed of parents, alumni, teachers,
and/or community members, who unite with a common goal: to elevate and empower our VIKING
FOOTBALL TEAM!
The 1st VIKING 5K Race/Walk Fundraiser is a new event that will assist in raising funds for the season.
These funds raised support the Football Team in these ways:

Our Viking Football Team is a high-quality program, to a group of exceptional young athletes. We
believe that the impact of extracurricular activities such as football makes it among the greatest
investments available for students. I have coached for many years and know that the time these
Athletes participate in the program earn the value of hard work, dedication, drive, teamwork, and a

Fort Walton Beach High School (FWBHS), proud home of the Vikings, serves the diverse communities
of southern Okaloosa County, including Destin, Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Mary Esther and
Hurlburt Field. Currently, there are 1,647 students enrolled in grades nine through twelve. We have a
